What cookies are

Essential storage
The following storage supports the enquiry form and remembers your privacy choice. It is used whether or not you accept Analytics cookies.

The embroidery video, fonts and website images are hosted on this website and do not set third-party cookies.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-2KRLS1X7MZ to understand page visits, use of the website-family links and successful enquiry submissions. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled.
Advanced Consent Mode loads the Google tag on each page with Analytics storage denied by default. Before you choose, or if you reject analytics, Google receives limited cookieless measurements for basic reporting and modelling. These can include the page and referrer, time, consent state, browser or device information, technical network information and a random number generated for the page load. The tag does not read or write Analytics cookies in that state.

reCAPTCHA
Google reCAPTCHA v3 protects the enquiry form from automated spam and abuse. It loads when the form is approached or used and analyses technical, device and interaction signals to produce a risk score. The check is normally invisible. The server accepts a submission only when Google validates the short-lived token for the expected action and this website.

We treat reCAPTCHA storage as strictly necessary to secure the public enquiry form. It is used independently of the optional Analytics choice. Blocking Google or this storage may prevent the form from submitting; email and telephone remain available.
Managing cookies
Use to accept, reject or change Analytics storage. You can also remove or block cookies using your browser settings. Blocking the essential session cookie or reCAPTCHA may prevent the enquiry form from loading or submitting securely.
