Information we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, company or organisation, telephone number, area of interest and message. Required fields are marked on the form.
We also process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as an IP address, request time, browser information, security events and an essential session identifier. If you contact us by email or telephone, we keep the correspondence and information needed to deal with your request.
Google Analytics receives information about visits and interactions, including the page viewed, time, referrer, browser or device information and consent state. Before an analytics choice is made, or after analytics is rejected, Consent Mode sends limited measurements without Analytics cookies. If analytics is accepted, first-party identifiers support fuller visitor and session measurement.
When the enquiry form is approached or used, Google reCAPTCHA analyses technical, device and interaction signals to provide an automated spam and abuse risk score. We receive the verification result, score, action, time and hostname; we do not receive the underlying behavioural signals used to calculate it.
Providing an enquiry is voluntary. If you do not provide the required name, email address and message, or the anti-spam check cannot be completed, we cannot receive the form. Please do not include sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for us to help you.

We do not use information submitted through this form for newsletter marketing, automated decision-making or profiling. Advertising storage, ad personalisation and Google signals are disabled in the website tag.
Who receives it
Enquiries are available only to authorised Logo Embroidery Scotland team members who need them. The notification email is delivered to Sam, Dave, Zoe and Calzo through Microsoft 365.
We use 20i to host and protect the website, Microsoft 365 to deliver and store email, Google Analytics to measure website use, and Google reCAPTCHA to protect the enquiry form from spam and abuse. These suppliers process information for us under their applicable contractual and data-protection controls. We may direct an enquiry to the team responsible for the most relevant website in our family when this is needed to answer it. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, regulators, courts or law-enforcement bodies where necessary or required by law.
Following a link to LES Workwear, Branded Anything, Hoodie Design, TeeDropp or a social network takes you to a separate website. That website’s own privacy notice applies to information collected there.
International transfers
Some service providers, including Google and Microsoft, use international infrastructure. If personal information is transferred outside the UK, we require an approved legal safeguard where one is needed, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to approved contractual clauses. You can ask us for more information about the safeguard relevant to your information.
How long we keep it
- The website’s private delivery record is deleted after no more than 90 days.
- Enquiry emails and related correspondence are normally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact.
- If an enquiry becomes a quotation, customer relationship or order, relevant records may be retained for up to six years after the relationship ends to meet accounting, contractual and legal requirements.
- The Analytics consent choice stored in the browser expires after six months. Analytics cookies, when accepted, are configured to expire after no more than 12 months from first acceptance.
- User-level and event-level Google Analytics data available to us is kept for no more than 14 months. Aggregated reports may remain for longer without directly identifying a visitor.
- The Google reCAPTCHA security cookie may remain for up to six months. Verification tokens expire within two minutes and are used once; we do not add the score or token to the saved enquiry record.
- Technical and security logs are kept only for the operational or security period set by our hosting provider, then deleted or anonymised.
We may keep specific information longer where a dispute, legal requirement or active claim makes that necessary.
How we protect it
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures for the nature of the information we hold. These include HTTPS, restricted staff access, private server-side storage for delivery records, access-controlled Microsoft 365 accounts and routine deletion. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we review controls when the website or its suppliers change.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access your personal information, correct it, ask for deletion or restriction, object to processing, or receive information you supplied in a portable format. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
To exercise a right or raise a data protection concern, email dave@lesemail.com. We may need to confirm your identity. We normally respond within one month and do not charge a fee unless the law permits it.

Cookies, analytics and form security
This website uses a strictly necessary session cookie to secure the enquiry form and stores your Analytics choice in the browser. Google Analytics runs in Advanced Consent Mode: limited measurements are sent without Analytics cookies before a choice or after rejection. If you accept analytics, first-party Analytics cookies are enabled.
Google reCAPTCHA v3 loads when the enquiry form is approached or used. It provides an invisible risk check and may set its security cookie. We treat this processing as necessary to protect the public form and our services from spam and abuse, so it is not controlled by the optional Analytics choice. Read the Cookies notice for names, durations and controls.
You can accept, reject or change the Analytics choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
Changes
We review this notice when the website, suppliers or use of personal information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. Material changes will be explained clearly on this page.
